Modern Circus & Aerial Arts Training

Instructors

Jessie (She/Her) – Teaching Artist / Owner
Professional teaching artist and life-long athlete with a personal mission of fostering and celebrating the arts. What she loves most about circus is that it melds artistry and athleticism together, allowing individuals to express themselves through movement. Jessie’s circus journey started in 2010, with hoop dance (flow arts style hula-hooping). What started as a casual hobby quickly pivoted into a 14+ year teaching and performing career in circus and aerial arts. Jessie has worked and trained with various circus schools and professionals in the region and continues to expand her knowledge every year. When not teaching at the studio, Jessie teaches with several local non-profit organizations, offering studio arts and movement programs for kids ages 5 to 12. Find out more at www.jessieshoops.com
